Katie Lane
Founder, Relationship Manager
Katie has a brilliant eye for potential and loves discussing the possibilities a piece of land could deliver.
With a background in design, Katie has completed multiple historic home renovations alongside a corporate career in marketing, brand licensing and business strategy.
Katie’s role is to identify sites with development potential and build relationships with landowners. She loves a cup of tea and will be your main point of contact throughout your relationship with us.
Tom Wheatley
Founder, Property Manager
Tom is a property renovation expert with over 20 years of experience working on historic homes, commercial buildings and construction machinery.
Tom advises on build costs, design and construction logistics. He ensures each site is designed in the most practical and ergonomic way - creating homes people actually want to live in and look at.
Mads Dal
Investment Partner
Mads is a property developer and investor with over 30 years of experience working on ultra high value building and renovation projects. Mads provides the funding behind every Peakmere deal.
His extensive knowledge of development ensures each one of our financial assessments is highly scrutinised to ensure we only commit to the sites with the best chance of success.
Mads has built a reputation of dealing fairly with landowners, ensuring that every deal works for all parties and that landowners receive the best possible outcome from their site.
Chris Rowland-Smith
Planning Expert
Chris is a real estate expert focusing on land acquisition, planning and strategy, within the private residential, care, education and natural capital sectors.
Chris plays a vital role in refining our development projects, using his extensive knowledge of the planning system to ensure each site reaches its full financial potential while also making a positive impact on the local area.
Chris is on hand to discuss the technical and practical details of our site proposals, and remains present throughout every stage of the planning process.
Patrick Reedman
Planning and Development Advisor
Patrick has experience working on large-scale strategic regeneration projects, residential-led mixed use developments and complex development control matters.
He brings over 16 years of town planning experience in consultancy and local authority roles. Patrick is a full member of the Royal Town Planning Institute and holds an MA in Town Planning Practice and Policy.
Patrick ensures our planning applications are developed in line with the local plan and with full awareness of all planning and heritage constraints.
