Your land could be worth significantly more than you think.
We work with landowners across the UK to unlock the development value in their land - with no upfront costs, no pressure, and no obligation.
What We Do
We find the potential in land. Then we do the work to realise it.
Peakmere is a land development agency based in the Midlands. We identify sites with residential development potential and work with landowners to bring that value to the surface - whether through a straightforward sale to a developer, or a longer-term planning uplift route that can significantly increase what you receive.
We handle everything. You keep control.
How it works
Simple in principle. Thorough in practice.
1. FREE APPRAISAL We assess your land and give you an honest view of its development potential. No cost, no commitment.
2. OPTION AGREEMENT If we believe there's real value to unlock, we'll propose an option agreement. This protects your interests and gives us the right to progress the site on your behalf.
3. WE DO THE WORK We either broker your site to a trusted SME developer, or progress it through planning with a development partner — who funds all associated costs. You carry no financial risk at any stage.
4. YOU RECEIVE YOUR PAYMENT On completion, you receive a guaranteed fee at point of sale.
Why Peakmere?
We're a small team. We do this properly.
Sharp commercial instinct, a career built on making complex deals work, and a genuine ability to bring the right people together - that's what drives successful land development. It's what Peakmere was built on.
We've renovated heritage properties as family homes - not projects. We understand what land means to the people who own it.
We're not a faceless agency. We work with a small number of sites at a time, which means your land gets proper attention - not a number in a pipeline.
We're straight with you from the start. If your land isn't right for us, we'll tell you. If it is, we'll back it fully.
What We Look For
We're interested in sites with residential development potential that others may have overlooked — disused commercial units, redundant yards, underused land within settlement boundaries, paddocks, field edges, and garden plots where there is a realistic prospect of residential development.
If you've had a letter from us, it's because we've already identified your land as having potential. If you've found us another way — get in touch. We're always worth a conversation.
